The broader metropolitan area encompasses several counties and is the third largest in Ohio behind those of Cincinnati and Cleveland. Columbus is the third largest city in the American Midwest, and the fifteenth largest city in the United States of America. It is the county seat of Franklin County, yet the city has expanded and annexed portions of adjoining Delaware County and Fairfield County. Named for explorer Christopher Columbus, the city was founded in 1812 at the confluence of the Scioto and Olentangy rivers, and assumed the functions of state capital in 1816. It is home to the world's largest private research and development foundation, the Battelle Memorial Institute; CAS, or Chemical Abstracts Service, the world's largest clearinghouse of chemical information; NetJets, the world's largest fractional ownership jet aircraft fleet; and The Ohio State University, the nation's largest campus. In 2009, Business Week named the city as the best place in the country to raise a family. Forbes Magazine in 2008 ranked the city as the no. 1 up-and-coming tech city in the nation, and the city was ranked a top ten city by Relocate America in 2010. In 2007, fDi Magazine ranked the city no. 3 in the U.S. for cities of the future, and the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium was rated no. 1 in 2009 by USA Travel Guide.

Text Box:   With more and more people becoming aware of the spiritual side to our lives, for some reason, we have become more focused on paranormal aspects.  It had to happen sooner or later I suppose.  We are all looking for answers, and someday, I bet we find them.  But for now, we need to help the people cope with the sometimes unsettling, unnerving and downright terrifying connections with earthbound spirits.  It is most likely a loved one, or a friend that is trying to give you an urgent message, and they will not stop until you receive it.  However, rarely there are spirits that have unfinished tasks or business, or don’t have a clue that they have died, and desperately need to communicate with someone on this earthly plane, even though they have no idea who you are.  This is where we come in.  We will find out if it’s a family member or friend trying to reach out to you, or just a spirit that has no connection to you at all and wants nothing more than to see you gone.  And please, spirits that have crossed over into the light cannot and do not haunt you, it is the earth bound spirits stuck here for whatever reason that can frighten you.  They’re God given right of free will allows them to cross over or not, they choose.  Sometimes they just need help to find their way, other times they just need a push, and on a very rare occasion, a shove.  A lot of Ghost Investigators have cropped up lately most good, some not so good.  A digital recorder, camera and a six pack of beer doesn’t sound too professional to me.  And what happens if they really find a spirit bothering you?  What do they do then?  Don’t ask them, they don’t know, they just have fun gathering evidence and showing it to all who will look, but we know what to do.  In fact, we have investigative teams call us for help from time to time.  We have many resources to work with.
